International College of Dentist (ICD) Region 33 was formed in the year 2017 and registered with Registrar of Society Malaysia in the same year. Its registration address is Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Teknologi MARA Sungai Buloh Campus, Jalan Hospital, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor. ICD Region 33 is part of the ICD Section XV, which have members from various part of South-east Asia, West Asia and Eastern Europe.
Objectives of the ICD Region 33
Contribute to the advancement of the profession of dentist by fostering the growth and diffusion of dental knowledge worldwide
Foster measures for the prevention and treatment of oral disease by encouraging and supporting the humanitarian project and carry out community service
Uphold the highest standard of professionals competence and personal ethics
Recognize of distinguish service to the profession and public
Since establishment, ICD Region had co-organized several community service activities with staff and students of Faculty of Dentistry Universiti Teknologi MARA and continuous education program through online seminars with Education Committee of ICD Section XV. Region 33 have four fellows from Brunei. Active fellows now for Region 33 stand more than 100 members.
